CANCELLATION POLICIES at The Curators Hub

Coworking Membership, Meeting Space, and Virtual Mail Plan Cancellation Policy

1. Coworking Memberships (Dedicated Desk, Flex Desk, Office Pod)

We understand that plans change, and we strive to make our membership terms as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring the sustainability of our community.

  • All coworking memberships are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • If you decide not to use your membership during a paid month, we are unable to offer refunds or credits.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • Mid-month cancellations are not permitted, and no prorated refunds will be issued.

  • To cancel your membership for the following month, notice must be provided before your next billing date (via email or through your member portal).

  • Memberships can be reactivated in the future based on availability.

2. Meeting Space Rentals

Meeting room and event space rentals are subject to the following cancellation terms:

  • Rental fees are non-refundable.

  • As a courtesy, a one-time rescheduling is permitted, with the rental fee transferred as a credit to your Portal account, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • Credits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date.

  • For a series of workshops or weekend workshops, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to receive a credit.

  • Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

  • If a meeting space rental is cancelled by either party (due to emergencies, building issues, etc.), efforts will be made to reschedule or issue a credit.

3. Virtual Mail Plans

  • Virtual Mail memberships are billed monthly or annually, based on the selected plan, and are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • You may cancel your Virtual Mail Plan at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Upon cancellation, you are required to remove The Curators Hub address from all marketing materials, including your website, business cards, online listings, and legal registrations.

  • Continued use of the address after cancellation is strictly prohibited.

  • Any mail received after cancellation will be returned to the sender unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
